Please note that pets are not allowed, and the property maintains a strict no-smoking and no-party policy. To ensure a secure stay, a 100 GBP security deposit is required via a pre-authorization link from Charge Automation two days before arrival; the lockbox code will be released once the deposit is received. This deposit is typically refunded within 3 to 8 days after check-out.

Guests must not exceed the number of occupants listed on the booking. For insurance and safety, a noise measuring device is installed to monitor decibel levels (maximum 80 dB), cigarette smoke, and e-vaping. This device does not record voices. Please be aware that violating house rules may result in warnings or immediate removal by the security team at a charge of £150, and the security deposit will be automatically captured. As this is a self-catering property, guests are kindly asked to wash and dry all used pots, pans, and plates.
