On the lower level, the master suite invites you to wake up to stunning mountain views from a comfortable King bed and includes a private en-suite full bathroom with heated floors, a tiled walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom is equipped with two XL Twin beds and has an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The main living area is bathed in natural light thanks to picture windows and vaulted ceilings. You can spend cozy winter nights by the wood-burning fireplace or step out onto your private balcony to soak up valley views. The space also includes a living room with a 50" flatscreen TV and Sonos sound bar, a separate dining area seating five, and a full kitchen featuring stone counters, upgraded stainless steel appliances, and a combo Keurig coffee maker. For your convenience, the home includes a private washer and dryer, as well as an entry storage area and an external ski closet for your adventure gear.

Located in the Mammoth Point community, you are within walking distance of Canyon Lodge, with ski-in/ski-out access available for experts. A short drive takes you to the Village, where you can enjoy restaurants, coffee shops, retail dining, and the Village gondola. The complex offers a year-round covered hot tub and seasonal BBQ grills.
