Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that the check-in guest must be at least 21 years old. To ensure a pleasant stay for all, this is a non-smoking resort (smokers are subject to fines), and pets and parties are strictly prohibited.

Note on Resort Status: The Daytona Beach Resort is currently undergoing restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage. While the condo itself is sparkling clean and fully operational, guests may notice ongoing seawall construction or exterior repair work during their stay.
