- Noise Policy: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Per San Diego Municipal Code, reduced noise levels must be maintained from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise complaints or police visits will result in instant eviction and a $250 fine.
- Additional Fees: Lost keys incur a $50 fine. Replacement fees apply for damaged linens (Bath Towels $12, Hand Towels $7, Bed Linens $35). Couch or rug stain cleaning is charged at $50/hr.
- Backyard Access: Shared backyard hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
We value our guests' privacy but remain available if needed to ensure your stay is perfect. A rental car is recommended for exploring the city.

Cigarette and other herbs leave behind an extremely powerful odor! Please, we sincerely ask that you inhale ONLY OXYGEN inside the unit. **Breaking this rule incurs $300 cleaning fee (because it really is that difficult to get out) Please be mindful of your neighbors. We ask that you practice quiet hours after 10pm. **Any Noise Complaints or Police Visits will lead to INSTANT EVICTION + $250 Fine !!!! Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. Only registered guests are allowed to sleep in the unit Do not exceed the maximum persons allowed in the unit stated on the listing Stained or damaged linens will incur an instant charge for replacement;
Bath Towel $12/each Hand Towels $7/each Bed Linen and sheets $35/each Couch and/or Rug stains cleaned at $50/hr
Key
Lost key will incur a $50 fine (keys not back in original place is considered lost)
Please keep in mind. The yard areas are shared spaces and you must please keep the area tidy and how you found it. Please make sure that not leave any trash, belongings, or any patio furniture move. Any incidents requiring additional yard cleaning will be assessed $100 cleaning fee per incident.
Keep in mind that we do redecorate from time to time so amenities are subject to change. All rates are subject to change up until the confirmation of booking. We take excessive noise complaints, parties, excess occupancy, along with any violation of our contract very seriously as these rules are strictly enforced.
