About Property

Experience the magic of the mountains at Surreal Feel Lakeview Chalet, a luxe hillside retreat in Lake Arrowhead, California, where the views are described as postcard perfect. Guests are captivated by the sight of the lake appearing through a tunnel of majestic oaks, offering an unobstructed vantage point that captures sparkling reflections, vibrant red sunsets, and breathtaking moonrises from every deck.

The home is thoughtfully designed across three levels to accommodate up to 10 guests. The layout features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including 5 beds. The main floor hosts the primary king suite with an electric fireplace and an en-suite bath featuring a soaking tub and its own 46" TV. Upstairs, you will find two guest bedrooms—one king and one queen—along with a kids' play nook with a water view. The lower level is fully self-contained, making it a perfect setup for a second family, comprising a king bedroom with a coffee station and mini-fridge, a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk, and a studio with a sofa bed and kitchenette.

Entertainment is a cornerstone of this property. A massive garage game room offers pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, and corn hole, complemented by a 70" TV. The dedicated movie room seats 10 in front of an 85" screen with a sound bar and subwoofer. For active guests, the property provides 4 paddleboards and a lake access card, with the lakeshore trail just 0.4 miles away.

Outdoor living is elevated by three view decks. The main deck is a social hub featuring a gas grill, a new 80,000-BTU fire pit, and comfortable lounging furniture. Lower decks provide a quieter atmosphere for a soak in the lake-view hot tub.

Located just a 10-minute drive from Lake Arrowhead Village and 5 minutes from Blue Jay shops and groceries, the home is perfectly positioned for alpine exploration. Whether hiking the Will Abell Memorial Trail or visiting Snow Valley and Big Bear Ski resorts in winter, adventure is always nearby.
