The heart of the home is a brand new full gourmet cooking kitchen, ideal for preparing memorable meals.

Situated across from an elementary school and featured as part of the Historic Monteith District Tour, the property puts you in the center of Albany's downtown district. You are just steps away from the Antique mall, numerous shops, restaurants, museums, and live theaters, as well as the beautiful Historical Carousel and Museum. Nature lovers can explore the nearby Willamette river and Monteith River park, home to the summer River Rhythms series and a refreshing city splash pad.

This listing provides exclusive access to the entire main floor and top floor of the home, including air conditioning. Please be aware that a basement unit with a separate entrance may be rented during your stay; while the space is soundproofed, some noise may occasionally be heard. The driveway is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to ADA needs.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with a fee of $60 per week (capped at $180 per month). Other pets require pre-approval. To keep the home fresh, pets are not permitted on furniture or in the bedrooms and may not be bathed in the tubs. Please keep pets on wood flooring using the provided baby gates and do not leave them unattended unless crated. Guests are asked to scoop the poop and bring their own pet bedding if possible.
