• Parking: Driveway parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis (priority given to ADA needs). Reserved parking is available for $10 the first night and $5 per night thereafter.
• Restrictions: No smoking anywhere on premises. Do not use dyes in showers, sinks, or baths.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with a fee of $40 per week per pet (capped at $120/month). Other pets require pre-approval. Pets must remain off furniture and out of bedrooms. Please use provided baby gates or close bedroom doors. No pet baths in the tub, and pets must be crated if left unattended. Please scoop the poop!
• Additional Notes: As this is a basement unit, some sound from the upstairs rental may be audible despite soundproofing efforts. Violations of house rules may result in a $250 fine.
