• No dyes allowed in showers, sinks, or baths
• Pricing is based on the accurate guest count; gatherings or events require prior approval and may incur charges

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with a fee of $40 per week per pet (capped at $120 per month). Other pets require pre-approval. To keep the home dander-free and fresh, pets are not permitted on furniture or in carpeted bedrooms; please use provided baby gates or keep doors closed. Pets must be crated if left unattended, and baths in the tub are for humans only. We provide dedicated doggy/cat towels and pads at the entrance to keep paws clean. Please scoop the poop to maintain good humaning! Violations of house rules may result in a $250 fine.

Optional Enhancements: Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee. You may also reserve the entire driveway, request a pack-n-play, or arrange for exclusive use of the backyard. For your convenience, we have a Rover sitter on standby if you need pet care while exploring the city.
