This beautiful home is designed for comfort and style, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Whether you are relaxing in the cool vibe front room or gathering around the expansive chef's kitchen island, the layout is perfect for everything from long summer stays to family reunions. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a large refrigerator and ample preparation space, makes cooking a breeze for any gourmet cook.

• No dyes in showers, sinks, or baths
• Parties and events require prior approval; pricing is based on correct guest count
• Optional Add-ons: Early check-in ($25), late check-out ($25), pack-n-play ($10/night), or exclusive backyard use ($10/day)

Pet Policy: We are glad to host your dogs! Other pets require pre-approval. A fee of $40 per week per pet applies (capped at $120 per month), with a $40 fee for a second pet if applicable. To keep our new carpets fresh and fur-free, we require that pets stay off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. Please keep pets on wood flooring using provided baby gates or closed doors. Pets must not be left unattended unless properly crated, and pet baths in the tub are not permitted. We ask that you bring your own pet bedding, though extra blankets are available. Finally, please scoop the poop to maintain good humaning! Violations of house rules may result in a $250 fine.
