• House Rules: Please remove all shoes when entering the unit. All parties and events must be pre-approved and may incur extra fees.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with a $60 per week per pet fee (capped at $180/month). Other pets require pre-approval. Pets are strictly prohibited on furniture, in bedrooms, and in the downstairs two-bedroom basement unit. Please use provided baby gates to keep pets on wood flooring. No pet baths in the tub, and pets must not be left unattended unless crated. Please scoop the poop!
• Optional Enhancements: Early check-in ($50), late check-out ($50), driveway reservation ($5-$10/day), pack-n-play ($10), and exclusive backyard use ($10/day) are available upon request.
