The home is thoughtfully configured to provide ample room and comfort for up to 11 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is a serene escape with a plush King bed, TV, and desk. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, complete with a side mirror and closet. For larger groups, the third bedroom is impressively equipped with 5 twin beds, a TV, and a closet. Additional sleeping capacity is provided in the living room via a Queen sleeper sofa bed. Both full bathrooms feature beautiful custom tile and tubs.

Outside, you can enjoy the unique cowboy pool (8' x 2') located in the shared backyard, accompanied by a deck, charcoal grill, and relaxing hammocks. To make your beach days effortless, the host provides a beach wagon, beach towels, and a beach umbrella.

Located in a revitalizing beachside neighborhood dedicated to the beach life, you are just a 3-5 minute walk from the sand. Many top attractions are within walking distance, including the Ocean Center, Main Street, the boardwalk, gift shops, various restaurants, mini golf, a water park, laser tag, and an arcade.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: On-street parking only. Two parking passes are provided and must be returned at checkout. Please contact the host before booking if bringing a trailer.
• Access: Entry requires walking up two sets of stairs from the street. Keyless entry is via a keypad deadbolt.
• Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking on premises (permitted only on the sidewalk in front of the house). The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and provide a government ID via a pre-arrival form.
• Other: A Pack 'n Play is available (please bring your own sheets). A $15 charge per person applies after the 5th guest, which is reflected in the booking price.
