VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES
NOTIFICATION Guest may be cited or fined by the County in accordance with this ordinance and Riverside County Ordinance No. 725.
Section 8. ENFORCEMENT. The Riverside County Sheriff and Code Enforcement shall have the primary responsibility for enforcing this ordinance; provided, however, the Sheriff and Code Enforcement may be assisted by the Public Health Department. Violations shall be prosecuted as described in Section 10. of this ordinance, but nothing in this ordinance shall prevent the Sheriff, Code Enforcement or the Department of Public Health from engaging in efforts to obtain voluntary compliance by means of warnings, notices, or educational programs. 9. DUTY TO COOPERATE. No person shall refuse to cooperate with, or obstruct, the enforcement officials identified in Section 8. of this ordinance when they are engaged in the process of enforcing the provisions of this ordinance. This duty to cooperate may require a person to extinguish a sound source so that it can be determined whether sound emanating from the source violates the provisions of this ordinance. Section
10. VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES. Any person who violates any provision of this ordinance once or twice within a one hundred and eighty (180) day period shall be guilty of an infraction. Any person who violates any provision of this ordinance more than twice within a one hundred and eighty (180) day period shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. Penalties shall not exceed the following amounts. a. For the first violation within a one hundred and eighty (180) day period the minimum mandatory fine shall be five hundred dollars ($500). b. For the second violation within a one hundred and eighty (180) day period the minimum mandatory fine shall be seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750). c. For any further violations within a one hundred and eighty (180) day period the minimum mandatory fine shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisonment in the County jail for a period not exceeding six (6) months, or both.

We kindly remind you that our HOUSE RULES are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests. Any violation of the house rules will result in a $500 fine.
Government ID & Local Guidelines
As required by Riverside County, we must keep a copy of your government-issued ID and confirm that you have watched the "Good Neighbor" video. The responsible renter must be 25+ years old.
Pets (Dogs Only)
Pets: Dogs are allowed with prior approval and execution of a Pet Addendum. A $150 pet fee per dog applies, with a maximum of two (2) dogs permitted. If a second dog is approved, an additional $150 pet fee is due once the reservation is booked. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs at all times. Any aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or presence of unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction without refund. The homeowner is not liable for any illness or injury to dogs or humans. No other animals are permitted.
Housekeeping
No daily maid service. Linens and towels must not be removed from the unit. An initial supply of essentials is provided. One-time cleaning fee is included. Extra fees apply for unusual cleaning, including excessive pet hair.
Noise & Quiet Hours
No outdoor/amplified music AT ANY TIME. Violations may result in $1500 fines. Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM. No outdoor activities, or pool use during these hours. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are in use on this property. Do NOT tamper with these devices to avoid additional fees.
NONSMOKING Property - FIRE ZONE AREA
Smoking is strictly prohibited. $250 fine plus carpet cleaning/deodorizing fees will apply if evidence of smoking is found.
Use of Fire Pit is strictly prohibited
Septic System
Do not dispose of solids, grease, or non-biodegradable materials down drains. Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed. Additional fees may apply for septic damage.
Parking & Property Use
No street parking. Park inside the property only. Max 6 vehicles. No party buses, RVs, trailers or outdoor camping/sleeping in vehicles.
Towing Policy: Unauthorized vehicles, including those parked in restricted areas, blocking fire lanes, or impeding access, will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Pool & Spa Heating (where available)
Pool heat optional, heating to 75-83°F. Notify 48 hours before arrival. Pool heating charged for entire stay.
Spa heat: $100+Taxes and credit card fees /day for up to 4 hours.
Seasonal heating rates:
Winter: $195/day + tax
Spring: $150/day + tax
Summer: $125/day + tax
Fall: $175/day + tax
DO NOT REMOVE THE POOL HOSE OR VACUUM
$250 FINE will be charged immediately if the hose is removed for any reason.
Rentals Over 30 Days
Rentals of 30 days or more are responsible for propane usage during their stay.
Additional Guest Rules

Dispose of all trash in exterior receptacles.

Inspect property upon arrival and report issues. Reporting doesn’t entitle refunds.

Guests are responsible for excessive electrical usage. Cryptocurrency mining is prohibited.

Follow all posted rules and local laws. No amplified music indoors/outdoors.

Notify us of maintenance issues immediately; damages caused by neglect will incur fees.

No alterations to property (furniture, decorations, nails).

No subletting or assignment of the rental agreement.

Breach of rules may result in eviction without refund.

Guests are transient lodgers; owners retain possession and access rights.

Leave premises in the same condition as found, normal wear expected.

Maintenance & Refunds
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us, and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet access (Wifi), appliances, televisions, and electronics.
Please note: This is a working estate. Staff or maintenance may be on-site occasionally for essential upkeep. We aim to minimize disruption and appreciate your understanding.
Additional Cleaning Fees
Excessive trash, dirty grills, unwashed dishes, spills, stains, smoking, or excessive pet hair may incur additional fees.
Outdoor Maintenance Notice
Working Estate & Outdoor Tasks: This property is part of a working estate, so you may notice our team performing routine outdoor tasks like landscaping (yard/garden maintenance), pool servicing, pest control, or general upkeep. Rest assured, all maintenance work is strictly outdoors — we will never enter your home or private space (and we do not handle any animal or pet care here).
Scheduled, Quick Visits: We plan all maintenance visits to be brief and at convenient daytime hours to minimize any noise or disruption. Our crew works quickly and quietly so you can enjoy a peaceful stay.
Your Comfort & Privacy: Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities. If you’d prefer to pause any non-urgent maintenance while you’re relaxing (for example, lawn or pool work), just let us know — we’re happy to postpone routine tasks so you have uninterrupted peace.
