Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $25 fee upon authorized request; unauthorized late check-outs incur a fee of $50 per half hour. Pets are allowed. Please note this is an older property and not designed to modern accessibility standards; bathroom doorways are narrower and may not accommodate some wheelchairs or walkers.
Important Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited. The property uses Wynd sentry detectors; smoking will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and a $500 remediation fee. A signed rental agreement is required after booking. The cancellation policy is FIRM; travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially during hurricane season (June 1 - Nov 30). Local residents from Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, and Gadsden counties must disclose their residency and send a request before booking.
