Located in one of Ontario's most picturesque villages, this home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and excitement for a group of friends or a small family looking to create lasting memories in a charming lakeside community.

This welcoming retreat is designed for comfort, featuring three bedrooms and one bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include a premier bedroom with a king bed and its own TV for late-night viewing, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom equipped with two single beds. A four-piece bathroom serves the entire group, and a playpen or highchair is available upon request.

Inside, a cozy ambiance is set by the gas fireplace, creating a perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The modern, bright kitchen is fully equipped for culinary adventures, while the versatile dining room seats six, making it ideal for family game nights. For relaxation, enjoy a large, comfortable couch in front of the smart TV. The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, featuring a firepit with six Adirondack chairs for marshmallow roasting, a spacious yard for outdoor games, and a deck with a propane BBQ and covered dining area. A front porch with seating for four provides a delightful spot for morning coffee. For added entertainment, the garage houses a games room with a ping pong table, dart board, and a pizza oven.

Bayfield is a place where the pace of life slows down. Guests can explore Clan Gregor Square, the heart of the community known for festivals and the seasonal farmers market, or visit Pioneer Park's splash pad. The village is filled with local cafes, wineries, and breweries, including the nearby Hessenland Inn & Schatz Winery. Whether you are hiking wooded trails near Lake Huron during leaf-peeping season or enjoying the quiet of winter in evergreen forests, there is beauty in every season.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A separate cottage rental agreement, government-issued photo ID, and a $500 security deposit are required. The primary renter must be over 25. A maximum of six guests are permitted. Two pets are allowed with a signed pet addendum. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. To keep cleaning fees low, guests may bring their own linens or rent them for $20 per person (excluding beach towels).
