Designed for effortless living, the home offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, a closet, and convenient ensuite access to the full bathroom. The second bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with a Single-over-Double bunk bed, a dedicated workstation, and a closet. To ensure a peaceful sleep, every room is curated with high-quality linens and comfy room-darkening shades.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is fully equipped for your stay. The living room includes a Smart TV with cable and board games. The full kitchen is ready for you to cook up a storm, featuring a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and a complete set of pots, pans, knives, and serving utensils. For your convenience, an ensuite washer and dryer are provided with laundry pods and dryer sheets. Step outside to a private patio and a shared backyard featuring a fire pit and outdoor sectional seating for stargazing, along with a BBQ for al fresco dining. A screened barrier on the back patio ensures your privacy.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles. Please note this is a lower-level walkout unit; the upstairs unit is separate and not included. To maintain the property's quality, pets and smoking (including vapes) are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and parties or events are not permitted. Guests are responsible for checking fire bans before using the fire pit. A starter supply of consumables is provided, but refills are not available during the stay. Please note that wood for the fireplace is not stocked.
