• Rules: Smoking, parties, stag/hen events, and pets (except service dogs) are strictly prohibited. Excessive noise must be prevented to respect the neighbors.
• Requirements: A pre-check-in form and government-issued ID (Passport for non-UK residents; Passport or Driver’s License for UK nationals) are required.
• Check-in Process: Standard self check-in via Key Nest or onsite lockbox. Assisted in-person check-in is available for a fee (£30 between 4pm-7pm; £50 after 7pm).
