This spacious retreat features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated for a peaceful rest, including a primary upstairs suite with a King bed and private ensuite, a second upstairs bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third upstairs room with two Twin beds. The main floor hosts a versatile bedroom with a convertible single-to-king daybed and a 55" Smart TV, while the downstairs bedroom offers a Queen bed and its own private ensuite.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain the quality of the home, pets are not allowed and smoking (including vapes) is strictly prohibited on the property. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; a noise monitor is active in the unit. Guests are required to provide government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card via a verification portal prior to arrival. A rental usage agreement must be signed, and a $50 fee applies if garbage is not taken to the Panorama Transfer Station upon departure.

Additional rules
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
8. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Please note that there will be a $50 removal fee if garbage is left in the unit, so we recommend bringing it by periodically during your stay to make checkout easier.
