To ensure a pleasant environment for all, please adhere to the following house rules: pets are not allowed, and smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited on the property, with a $300 fee for odor removal. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, and parties or events are not permitted. We ask that you respect the neighbors by observing quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, which are monitored via a decibel sensor. A rental usage agreement and government-issued photo ID verification are required prior to arrival.
