• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 3 vehicle passes. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver’s name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver’s license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.
