The sleeping arrangements include a spacious bedroom furnished with a luxurious super king-sized bed, complemented by a gallery area with a comfortable double sofa bed to provide additional space for your group.

Inside, you will find a living area that is both inviting and stylish, boasting plush seating, artistic décor, and an abundance of natural light. The contemporary sophistication of the home is further enhanced by a cosy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, making it effortless to prepare your favorite meals. The modern bathroom ensures a relaxing experience with both a shower and a bath available.

Located in a residential area of Chelsea, this property provides a peaceful atmosphere while keeping you close to the excitement of the city.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed (Service Dogs excepted)
• Smoking and parties (including hen or stag parties) are strictly prohibited
• Excessive noise must be prevented out of respect for the neighbors
• Rubbish disposal must follow provided instructions
• Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in

Additional Notes: Every fortnight on a Thursday, the housekeeping team requires access to the property to collect equipment during the cleaning of communal areas. For check-in, the standard process is self check-in via a local Key Nest location or onsite lockbox. Assisted in-person check-in is available for a fee: £30 between 4 PM and 7 PM, and £50 from 7 PM onwards. Please be aware that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival may have a modified check-in time of 7 PM and are subject to availability.

All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide government identification (Passport for non-UK residents; Passport or UK driver's license for UK nationals).
