This spacious layout features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, an ensuite with double sinks and a stand-up glass shower, and a private balcony overlooking Lake Windermere. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and closet, while the third bedroom provides two twin beds and a large window. For additional sleeping, the downstairs sofa pulls out into a queen bed. Every room is expertly decorated and prepared with premium linens and pillows for an incredible night’s sleep.

Living spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment. The main living room boasts large windows with views of the Purcell Mountains and a cozy gas fireplace. A sizeable second-story deck is perfect for family meals or enjoying a drink while taking in the surroundings. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for large meals, featuring a large island with sit-up bar seating for four. Downstairs, you will find a comfortable recreation room with a large sectional, a 75” Smart TV, and a shuffleboard table. Step out from the lower level to the ground-level patio to enjoy the private hot tub with views of Lake Windermere.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed (under 50 lbs). Please note that quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and parties are prohibited. No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property. Trailer parking is prohibited within the complex. A starter supply of consumables is provided, though refills are not available during the stay. Guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement and provide government-issued photo ID for verification.
