Designed for comfort and connection, this home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, a Double bed in the third, and a Twin-over-Double bunk bed with a trundle in the fourth. Each room is professionally decorated with a sophisticated Canadiana theme, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

The home's layout is centered around natural light, with tons of windows throughout, including a two-story wall of windows in the spacious living room. Guests can unwind in the recreation and entertainment room, which features a large sectional couch, an oversized chair, and a full entertainment system. For outdoor relaxation, there is a large second-story deck to take in the views and a patio swing for quiet moments.

At the heart of the home is a gourmet kitchen facing the deck, equipped with a comprehensive set of pots, pans, platters, knives, and serving utensils. Modern conveniences include an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, mixers, blender, crock pot, rice cooker, and a Nespresso machine. A starter supply of coffee, tea, and basic condiments is provided.

The neighborhood offers a private 1/4 mile sandy beach, a playground, picnic areas, basketball courts, pickleball, and a recreation center. You are tucked away in the Purcell Mountains with views of the Rockies and just a short drive from Panorama Ski Resort, Radium Hot Springs, and world-class golfing at Copper Point and Greywolf. The whimsical town of Invermere is nearby, featuring friendly locals, delicious restaurants, and interesting boutiques.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: 2 stalls in front of the garage; visitor parking is available across from the driveway. Hauling or camping trailers are strictly prohibited on the property.
• Pets: One non-shedding pet under 30lbs is permitted; please keep pets off linens and furniture.
• Rules: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, events, or smoking (including vapes) are allowed on the property. A $300 fee applies for odor removal due to smoking.
• Security: Two outdoor cameras are located at the front and back doors.
• Consumables: A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee is provided; refills are not included during the stay.
