Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. A key FOB fee of $30 USD per every two adults (aged 12+) is charged at check-in for facility access. Valet parking is available for a fee (Credit or Debit card only): $40 daily, $100 for 1 week, $125 for 2 weeks, $150 for 3 weeks, or $175 for 4 weeks/1 month.

Additional Rules:

• Delivery Policy: Guests must be present to receive packages; a $7 fee per package applies.
• A/C & Doors: Please keep all doors closed and air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation.
• Pool Safety: Swimming is at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving or running allowed.
