Designed for comfort and capacity, this home accommodates up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms. All sleeping quarters are located on the second floor for added privacy. The master suite is a true sanctuary featuring a king-size bed and private balcony access. The second bedroom also offers balcony access and a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom provides another queen-size bed. For the kids or extra guests, the fourth bedroom is equipped with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds (please note that children six years or younger are not permitted on the top bunks). Additionally, the main-level living area includes a sofa sleeper for extra guest convenience.

The home blends style and functionality with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the main areas and cozy carpeting in the bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, boasting stainless steel appliances, a dining table that seats eight, and six additional barstools for casual gatherings. The main-level living and dining spaces flow seamlessly onto a large deck, perfect for soaking in the sea breeze. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located inside the home, and keyless entry ensures a seamless arrival.

Located in a vibrant community, guests have access to a wealth of recreational options including two outdoor pools, a basketball court, a tennis court, ping-pong, and foosball. Outside the home, a covered lower area features a picnic table and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the surf.

• Pets: One dog (35 lbs or less) is welcome with advance notice. A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies, and additional cleaning charges may occur.
• Rules: No smoking. Minimum rental age is 25.
• Notes: Guests must provide their own propane for the grill. For security, cameras are located at the front and back of the home.
• Booking: Monthly availability requires a phone call. Reservations arriving within 48 hours must provide a matching ID and credit card by the close of business on the day of booking.
