For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit. Please be aware of several important house rules and notices. The minimum age to rent is 25, and this is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Parking is limited to a maximum of two cars. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For monthly availability, please call directly. Additionally, guests booking within 48 hours of arrival must provide a copy of their ID and credit card by the close of business on the day of booking to prevent fraud.

Important Construction Notice: Walkway coating and maintenance are scheduled at Shoalwater from September 14 to November 15. Noticeable noise and activity may occur weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Specific access restrictions apply: individual floors may close for one day between Sept 14 and Oct 1; unit access is maintained Oct 5 to Oct 18; and floors 7 to 12 will be completely closed from Oct 19 to Nov 1. No hydroblasting occurs on weekends.
