Situated beside a protected dune, the home offers exceptional privacy while remaining centrally located near the beach, local market, and charming island shops.

Designed for connection and unforgettable memories, the home features a layout perfect for large families or two smaller groups. The sleeping arrangements consist of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests:

• Bedroom 1: King bed with an en suite bath on the main floor
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed on the main floor with a shared bath
• Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds (twin over full) on the main floor with a shared bath (top bunks are not suitable for adults)
• Bedroom 4: King bed with an en suite bath on the top floor
• Bedroom 5: Queen bed in a newly renovated crofter suite above the garage with an en suite bath

Guests can enjoy a variety of thoughtfully provided features and amenities:

• Wifi and Internet
• Three four-seater golf carts for island exploration
• Gas grill, microwave, toaster, and crockpot
• Keurig and regular drip coffee maker
• Beach chairs, bath towels, and beach towels
• Pack n Play and highchair

The property's unique character is highlighted by five inviting porches, including screened-in spaces and a top-floor deck with an ocean view. A large outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach, which is just a scenic 0.4-mile stroll or a 2-minute cart ride away. Beyond the home, guests can explore the BHI Conservancy, visit the Old Baldy Lighthouse, or enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding through the marshes.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Children under two in a crib do not count toward this limit.
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the home for the entire stay.
• No smoking and no pets allowed.
• No parties or events; violations may result in eviction without refund and a $500 charge.
• No uninvited guests without permission.
• Temporary memberships for the Shoals Club or BHI Club are available for an additional fee and must be arranged directly with the clubs.
