This single-storey residence is designed for maximum comfort, featuring a practical and tasteful layout that is ideal for families and seniors. The home consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom provides a restful double bed (160 x 200 cm) with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm). The living-dining room, featuring natural stone floors and a satellite TV, opens onto a nice porch with sea views, seamlessly connecting the interior to the outdoors.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, boasting a large, well-equipped area featuring a private swimming pool and a garden. Guests can relax on the sunbeds or enjoy a meal prepared on the barbecue, surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere. The house also includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee machine to ensure a perfect stay.

Playa Blanca serves as an excellent base for exploration. The villa is located right in the center yet remains quiet, with groceries and shops within 500 meters.
