1. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs without prior arrangement due to our cleaning schedule.
Please return all keys to their designated location upon check-out. A $75 fee will be charged for any lost keys or unreturned fobs.
1. Occupancy & Visitors The number of guests is strictly limited to 6 persons. This includes any kids and visitors.
No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests or parties will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.
1. Noise & Conduct Please be respectful of our neighbors. Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Excessive noise at any time is prohibited.
1. Parking Parking is available for 1 vehicle(s).
2. Property & Amenities No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit. A $500 deep-cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors. You may smoke outdoors in designated areas; please dispose of butts properly.
No pets are allowed unless explicitly approved in your booking. An unauthorized pet will result in an immediate $250 fee and possible eviction.
1. Safety & Security Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
The homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
1. Cleanliness & Waste Take out trash and recycling to the Green Bin upon check-out.
Excessive cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear will result in an additional cleaning fee (minimum $50).
1. Damages & Incidents You are responsible for the condition of the property during your stay. Please report any damages or issues immediately.
2. Prohibited Items & Activities The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property.
No glitter or confetti is allowed. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if found.

Do not light candles, incense, or any other open flame indoors.
