The space
If you are looking for a place where modernity and tranquility come together, this is the perfect home for you. This brand new house in Purun has the best location as it is just far enough to retreat from the busy island and close enough to be just a few minutes away from the Highrise, Eagle Beach, Oranjestad and all major supermarkets and restaurants that you need during your stay.

The modern house is fully fenced, so you get the privacy you are looking for from the moment you enter the property. Everywhere you find high speed internet, aircondition with inverter split units. The entire garden was designed by a well-known local designer and you can immediately see that. There is plenty of space to play in the garden or just relax and bathe around the private pool. Across the pool you have a covered veranda with a dining table for 6 people and a gas barbecue for those Aruban afternoons.

As you can see from the photos, upon entering you have an overview of the very spacious American open kitchen equipped with a Nespresso machine & Milk frotter, the seating area with 6 chairs and 2 bar stools, the veranda and the private swimming pool. On the right side of the house we find two large bedrooms with private bathrooms. At the back of the house, the master bedroom with bathroom and office allows you to make the most of your private space, with direct access to the back porch and pool. This home has all the amenities you would put in your own home, with only the best appliances and furnishings.

Looking for a house that offers everything? Search no further. We are happy that you are staying at our magical place in paradise. Don't hesitate to ask questions about your future stay in your next home away from home.
