- Trash collection day is once a week. Please place the trash in the green bins located outside, in front of the property on the right side.

- The pool is open 24 hours. Please adhere to these hours for the safety and consideration of all guests.
- No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers.
- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. Shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality.
1. Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
- If playing music or watching TV outside, please use headphones or keep the volume at a level that does not disturb neighbors.

- Park only in designated areas, do not block driveways or park on the grass.
