The sleeping arrangements consist of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The configuration includes a king bed on the first floor, a master bedroom with a king bed on the second floor, and two queen beds, ensuring ample space for larger groups. Each bedroom is a private sanctuary featuring its own en suite bathroom equipped with hot water and every modern-day essential.

While the structured amenities are minimal, the villa is designed for comfort and relaxation with the following features:

Two dedicated parking spaces located directly in front of the property
Provided beach essentials including chairs, towels, and a cooler
Nightly on-site security from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

To ensure a pristine experience for all, please adhere to the following house rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and parties or events are not allowed. For safety, please avoid using glass near the pool area. We kindly ask guests to be courteous to neighbors, particularly after 11:00 PM. Pets are not permitted.

1. Trash Disposal:
- Unfortunately, Aruba does not have recycling yet.
- Trash collection day is once a week. Please place the trash in the Garbage bins located outside in the driveway, in front of the property on the left side inside the small storage unit with the black gates.
1. Pool Usage:
- The pool is open 24 hours. Please adhere to these hours for the safety and consideration of all guests.
- No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers.
- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. Shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality.
1. Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
- If playing music or watching TV outside, please use headphones or keep the volume at a level that does not disturb neighbors.
1. Parking:
- Park only in designated areas, do not block driveways or park on the grass.
- Additional parking information: Free parking on the premises and free street parking
1. Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers and be mindful of others.
1. Septic System:
- This property is equipped with a septic system. Avoid flushing sanitary products, hair, tissues, or paper towels to prevent damage and blockages.
1. Guest Limit:
- The maximum number of guests allowed is mentioned. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional guests.
