About Property

Discover the ultimate mountain escape at Birds Perch Bluebird, a beautiful two-story log cabin nestled in the heart of Sevierville, Tennessee. Experience breathtaking 270-degree views of the Smoky Mountains, where ridge after ridge fades into a scenic haze from the comfort of your private deck and hot tub patio.

This spacious retreat is designed for family fun and relaxation, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest capacity of 12. The layout is thoughtfully split between a light-filled main level and a lower level dedicated to entertainment. On the main floor, you will find two king bedrooms, each boasting a private walk-in shower bath, a living room with a futon, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a custom dining table large enough for the entire group. For a touch of whimsy, a kids' tube slide is tucked under the kitchen counter, dropping guests straight down into the lower-level excitement.

The lower level is a gamer's paradise, featuring an arcade cabinet, a life-sized dice game, and a dedicated theater room with custom seating. Sleeping arrangements here include a third king bedroom and a bunk room equipped with two XL twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Outside, the secluded property offers a variety of unique features to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Relax in the soothing hot tub, challenge the family on the private putt-putt green, or gather around the wood-burning fire pit. For those traveling with electric vehicles, an on-site EV charger with both Tesla and J1772 connections is available in the parking area, which can accommodate up to 10 vehicles.

Perfectly situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, you are close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Dollywood. Explore local favorites such as Ober Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, and the Arts & Crafts Community, or visit The Island for dinner and the wheel.
