The home is thoughtfully arranged across two floors, featuring 60 m² of living space on both the ground and upper levels. The interior is designed for comfort, boasting a living room with a good-sized sofa and armchair, alongside a separate kitchen corner characterized by an atmospheric wood stove. For shared meals, the dining set comfortably accommodates 6 people. The upper floor provides the primary sleeping quarters, containing 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, including a motor bed configured as a double and two 120 cm wide separate beds. This level also features a wardrobe and a small balcony offering a lovely view of the stream and the courtyard sauna.

Embrace traditional Finnish wellness with a wood-heated sauna that includes a dressing room and hot water from the heater. The sauna provides direct access to the stream via stairs leading to a terrace and ladder, and it remains available for your use all year round. While the stream itself is not suitable for swimming due to its natural mud bottom, the property provides a rowing boat to transport you approximately 400m to the shores of Iso-Sapsojärvi. There, you will find a wonderful sandy swimming spot on a peninsula, as well as a smoke sauna and a campfire place with a porch.

For those seeking additional privacy, there is a heated annex shed building featuring a sleeping loft with alternative beds for two, available upon request and primarily during the summer months.
