Designed for group gatherings, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the first bedroom, a Queen bed in the second, a bunk bed in the third, and two bunk beds in the fourth bedroom.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully decorated with high-end, family-friendly finishes. The beautifully appointed kitchen makes preparing meals for a large group a pleasure, while the indoor fireplace provides a cozy sanctuary for cool evenings. • Terrain: This is a hillside property with approximately 40 steps from the parking area to the house and another 40 steps from the house to the lake

• No smoking indoors (outside only; please dispose of ash and butts properly)
• Minimum booking age is 25; the majority of guests must be 25+ unless traveling as a family with children
• Quiet hours are 10pm–8am; outdoor noise monitors are in place to maintain the serene, family-oriented neighborhood
• No fireworks or discharge of any firearms (including BB, air, pellet, and paint guns)
• Community speed limit is 10 mph
