This spacious home is designed for group gatherings, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the first bedroom, a queen bed in the second, a bunk bed in the third, and two bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, accommodating up to 12 guests.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the home is thoughtfully decorated with high-end, family-friendly finishes. Guests can enjoy a beautifully appointed kitchen, a screened-in porch overlooking the lake, and an indoor fireplace for cozy evenings. Outdoor living is emphasized with a large deck featuring a BBQ grill, an outdoor firepit for stargazing, and a private boat dock (available seasonally from mid-May through mid-September). Note that while the dock is a highlight, boat trailer parking is not available onsite.

The location is convenient for city dwellers, situated roughly 100 miles from New York City and 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Please be aware of the steep terrain; there are approximately 40 steps from the parking area to the house and another 40 steps down to the lake. Parking is free for up to 5 vehicles, with no RVs or trailers permitted. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of this family-oriented neighborhood, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and outdoor noise monitors are in place. Other house rules include a strict no-pets policy, no indoor smoking, and no fireworks or firearms. A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and the primary booker must be at least 25 years old.
