The ground floor includes one large double bedroom with direct garden access and a convenient guest cloakroom with WC. The upper level contains three additional bedrooms, including one single, and an oversized terrace perfect for gazing across the pine woods toward the sea.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The villa is set within a large private garden with extensive terraces and a gorgeous, shady barbecue area with its own dining space. A fabulous covered terrace extends from the living room, equipped with super comfortable sofas and chairs and a second dining area for alfresco meals. The main pool serves as a centerpiece for relaxation, featuring a shallow pool water feature that gently overflows into the larger pool.

Located in the village of Lardos, the property is just a couple of minutes' walk from local shops, restaurants, and the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the best of the coast while remaining in a secluded sanctuary.
