For those traveling with little ones, a wonderful feature is the small children's pool, which is safely fenced off from the main pool. Surrounding these are mature and colourful gardens that offer excellent levels of privacy and welcoming natural shaded areas, perfect for relaxing with a good book and a glass of chilled wine during the hottest parts of the day.

Location & Neighborhood: Located on the outskirts of the Ciutadella de Menorca, the villa is ideally positioned for those who prefer a car-free vacation. It is a short two-minute stroll from a small sandy cove and less than a five-minute walk to the nearest shops, minimarkets, and restaurants.

• San Joan Festival: From June 22nd to 24th, only family bookings are accepted.
• Safety: A fixed stairgate is located at the top of the bedroom stairs. Please note there are large gaps in the internal staircase railings; children must be supervised at all times.
• Seasonal Note: Temperatures drop from October to April; heaters may be added as an extra where available.
• Local Area: Be advised that a nearby plot began construction in November 2025, with work continuing through the winter months.
