One of the four bedrooms is located on the ground floor, while the three upstairs bedrooms share two decent bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to get ready for an evening in town. The living space features spacious open plan areas that flow seamlessly onto a beautiful terrace and pool area, perfect for relaxing under the Spanish sun.

Designed with accessibility in mind, the ground floor doorways have been widened for wheelchair access, and the downstairs shower room includes a support rail attached to the WC to accommodate those with limited mobility. Please note that there is a small lip to step over when entering the downstairs shower.

Located in Cala Galdana, the villa is perfectly positioned near one of Menorca's most beautiful beaches. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant and welcoming, featuring a variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.
