About Property

Discover an idyllic getaway at Villa Louloudia, a secluded retreat offering amazing sea views and a larger than usual swimming pool in the Ionian Islands, Greece. Perfectly suited for couples, friends, and families, this home provides a peaceful sanctuary overlooking Kaminia Beach with far-reaching vistas extending toward Zakynthos.

The villa is designed for relaxation and comfort, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout is thoughtfully arranged with one bedroom and a shower room located on the ground floor for convenience. The upper floor hosts the remaining two bedrooms, both of which are stylish and benefit from en suite facilities and sea-facing balconies that overlook the wooded hillside and the coastline below.

One of the villa's standout features is the expansive outdoor space. A larger-than-average swimming pool takes center stage, surrounded by terraces designed to maximize the stunning views. Whether you are enjoying a leisurely lunch outdoors or settling in for an evening drink as the sun begins to set, the terrace offers an inviting space to spend time together. Inside, the home boasts bright and comfortable living areas and a spacious living/dining room that opens directly onto the pool area. A fully equipped, fitted kitchen makes self-catering easy and convenient.

Located just outside the village of Ratzakli on the far south of Kefalonia, the property is ideally positioned for beach lovers. Kaminia Beach, also known as Turtle Beach, is renowned for its golden sand, gently shelving waters, and seasonal Caretta Caretta turtle nesting sites. Guests can access the beach via a rough sandy footpath (approximately 800 metres) or via a 2-kilometre road route. Nearby, the village of Ratzakli provides a café bar and mini market, while the popular resort of Skala—with its waterfront restaurants, bars, and shops—is only about 3.5km away.
