Accessibility Note: Access to the villa is via an open path (260cm wide) with two steps. The front door is 80cm wide, and the second access door is 67cm. The outside terrace features uneven cobbles with a steep slope at the car gate. Inside, the widest bedroom door is 70cm and the widest bathroom door is 60cm. There are 16 steps to the first floor. The kitchen door is 84cm wide and the lounge door is 120cm wide.
