Please note, bedroom 1 does not have air conditioning, it has x2 tower fans. We have been advised that these are extremely efficient and act similar to a portable AC unit. We've been advised that adding A/C would not enhance the temperature any further. The bedroom is also on the ground floor making it slightly cooler.

To access the villa there is a path which is 153cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 89cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 108cm wide. The poolside is flat and tiled, whilst there is a small lip over the patio doors. There are however steps down to the garden/lawn area. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 72cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 70cm wide.
