This inviting retreat offers a seamless blend of comfort and accessibility, making it an ideal sanctuary for those seeking a relaxing vacation in the sun.

The villa is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 comfortable beds, and 3 bathrooms. Inside, the living spaces are welcoming and homely, accented with splashes of colour throughout and good-sized bedrooms that ensure everyone has plenty of space to unwind. For those planning a self-catering stay, the home is fully equipped with essential conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. You can enjoy alfresco cooking and dining at the six-seater dining table and BBQ station, or relax on the garden sofa—a cosy spot for midday reading while soaking up the sunshine with a glass of local wine. To enhance your stay, complimentary pool towels are provided.

Situated in an ultra-convenient location where a car is optional, Villa Elizabeth Rubicon is just a stone's throw from the very center of Playa Blanca. Guests are within easy reach of the high-end Marina, a variety of bars, a shopping center, and numerous restaurants. The Marina, in particular, provides a stunning backdrop for romantic evening meals by the seafront.

Please be advised that this is a developing resort. There is currently construction for new townhouses on a large plot approximately 40–50 metres from the villa. While the site is screened by surrounding walls and a neighbouring villa to help reduce the impact, there is a possibility of intermittent construction noise during your stay. Management continues to monitor the situation to ensure guest satisfaction.
