Please be aware that the villa is situated in a hilly area of Caleta de Fuste. Access is available via a 140cm wide path with 6 steps or through the 240cm wide car port. The front and terrace doors are 80cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and flat, with the area from the lounge to the patio measuring 380cm wide. The pool is located in a gated section of the garden (gate width 86cm) and features step access. Interior door widths include 70cm for bedrooms and the kitchen/dining area, 60cm for bathrooms, and 10cm for the lounge area.
