Sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized bed in the first bedroom, a double bed in the second, and twin beds in the third. For those who love the outdoors, bedrooms feature private balcony access, allowing you to marvel and admire the amazing vistas from a height.

On the ground floor, the heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, hob, fridge freezer, and microwave, complemented by a large dining table perfect for wineing, dining, and socializing. The modern yet cosy living room provides a relaxing retreat with comfortable sofas and wide glass patio doors that invite the outside in. For entertainment and leisure, the home includes a dedicated games room with a billiards table located in the conservatory to help you escape the heat.

Accessibility & Safety: This villa is located in a hilly area. Access involves a 100cm wide path with 5 steps; however, entering via the terrace door can reduce the number of steps required. There are 14 steps leading to the first floor, and no bedrooms or bathrooms are located on the ground floor. For safety, please note that the property contains wide gaps in the ladder effect railings; children must be supervised at all times. For your safety, please do not use inflatables in the infinity pool or sit, walk, or stand on the pool edge.
