About Property

Beautiful Villa Malva is a stunning example of a traditional Menorcan property. Nestled within the Cap d'Artrutx area of Cala'n Bosch, this three-bedroom property is ideal for smaller groups and couples alike. No doubt the pool terrace is where you'll spend most of your time, chilling by the refreshing pool, decorated with meander tiles and lined with reclining sun loungers.

The space
Catch the rays as you sip a homemade cocktail or two, or enjoy a morning coffee with breakfast alfresco style under the covered terrace. There's a brick-built BBQ and a small food prep area for tapas lunches and evening meals spent under the stars. Why not grill up some culinary delights, fresh seafood, or kebab skewers for your friends and family? Surrounded by evergreen bushes, this slice of paradise is ideal for days by the pool.

Inside, this traditional villa has an open-plan living room and dining area, which leads to a fully equipped kitchen with easy access to the terrace. The master bedroom is a double with a private ensuite, whilst the two other twin rooms share a separate family bathroom. You'll notice terracotta tiles and vaulted beamed ceilings are a prominent feature in this property, a beautiful example of Menorca architecture.
