About Property

Discover a magical villa stay at Villa Salt Water, a stunning retreat located in the heart of Dubrovnik's charming Old Town. This exquisite property places the rich historic past of the ancient city right on your doorstep, where fascinating limestone streets, baroque buildings, and restaurant-filled plazas are just a short walk away. You will be spoilt for choice by a vibrant gastronomic and bar scene, ranging from intimate family-run bistros to first-class restaurants serving the very best of Dalmatian cuisine.

The villa's views speak for themselves, overlooking the crumbling Old Town and the mystical Lovrijenac fortress, all set against the backdrop of the glistening Adriatic on the horizon. Outside, a glistening private pool is enveloped by a garden flourishing with life, featuring vibrant green lawns, twisting trees, exotic plants, and lush shrubbery. Blissful daytime sunbathing awaits on the sun loungers while you gaze over the phenomenal cityscape. For those looking to unwind in the warm Croatian heat, a charming lounge area and dining table sit at the bottom of the terrace, shaded by verdant foliage and Wisteria intertwined in a pergola.

Inside, the ground floor is spacious and airy, defined by neutral, bright colors and smooth laminate flooring. The interiors follow a sleek contemporary design brought to life with bright pops of color. The open-plan living area is highlighted by fresh white walls, trendy wall art, colorful dining chairs, and a sofa enhanced by bold colored cushions. The kitchen is equally sleek and modern, boasting white glossy cabinetry paired with marbled countertops and the latest appliances.
