The home is perfectly configured for a couple, two couples, or a small family. It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with each bedroom boasting its own private ensuite shower room. The layout includes one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds, both providing direct access to the terrace via their own doors.

Inside, the ground-floor living space is designed for openness and light. The lounge and dining area are open-plan to the kitchen, with large glass doors that frame the scenery at every turn. The lounge is equipped with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and air conditioning (cold and heat). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, while a separate utility room houses the washing machine.
