Mobility Note: This is a ground-floor villa. Access involves a 98cm wide path with 9 steps. The front door is 106cm wide, the terrace door is 100cm, and the pool has step access. There are a large number of steps leading to the roof terrace. Interior door widths vary, with the master bedroom at 86cm, the shower room at 60cm, the kitchen at 100cm, and the lounge at 95cm.
