About Property

Discover the ultimate Menorcan escape at Villa Janis, a stunning gem located in Cap d'Artrutx, Illes Balears. This beautiful retreat perfectly blends traditional architecture with contemporary style, offering a serene sanctuary for those dreaming of a relaxing Spanish getaway.

Designed for comfort and elegance, the villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests across 2 bathrooms. The layout is thoughtfully arranged to maximize space and privacy; two twin rooms are located on the ground floor, while a beautiful spiral staircase leads to a large, bright double bedroom upstairs. The interior is a beautiful contrast of traditional Menorcan stucco white walls and terracotta roof tiles paired with fresh white walls, light wooden furnishings, and contemporary décor. Guests can enjoy a bright and spacious open-plan living area and a cosy, country-chic style kitchen fully equipped with all cooking essentials.

The outdoors are just as quaint and charming as the interiors. A secluded patio terrace, kissed by the warm Spanish sun, surrounds a center-stage kidney-sized swimming pool. Whether you are topping up your tan on the various poolside sun loungers or unwinding on the comfy garden furniture, the outdoor space is designed for total relaxation. For those who love al fresco dining, the property boasts a summer kitchen with a sink and brick barbecue, complemented by two distinct dining areas—a shaded veranda and a poolside spot perfect for dinner under the stars.

Situated in a fantastic location, Villa Janis is just a fifteen-minute walk from the charming marina of Cala'n Bosch, where you will find a wonderful variety of local restaurants and bars. A short stroll further leads you to a beautiful white sand beach, ideal for snorkeling and family fun.
