About Property

Discover a restful villa getaway at Son Tortuga, a classical beauty located on the picturesque southern tip of Menorca in the quiet residential area of Cap d'Artrutx. Dazzling with a gleaming white exterior, this home captures the essence of the region with its grand pillars, rich wooden shutters, and traditional terracotta roof tiles.

The interior of the villa beautifully contrasts a Spanish farmhouse vibe with a light, contemporary feel. The living room is illuminated by gorgeous natural sunlight streaming through wide French doors and windows, featuring trendy décor, modern wall art, plush sofas, and simple Scandinavian-style furnishings. For those who enjoy cooking, the cosy and quaint kitchen is fully-equipped with wooden cabinetry and granite worktops. The sleeping arrangements are spacious, consisting of 4 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds (two doubles and two twins), and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Son Tortuga experience. The property features a tempting kidney-shaped pool with step access and ample sun loungers for soaking up the sunshine. Guests can enjoy dining alfresco under the shaded veranda at a spacious table, or utilize the brick barbecue to grill fresh seafood and locally grown vegetables. The grounds also include a flat, spacious terrace and a small lawn area.

Located in a fantastic position, the villa is just a five-minute walk from a sizable supermarket and a convenient bus stop. A twenty-minute scenic walk leads you to the charming Marina of Cala'n Bosch, which is filled with local bars and restaurants. Beyond the marina, you will find a beautiful white sand beach perfect for snorkeling. For those seeking culture, the town of Ciutadella is further afield, offering a vibrant shopping scene and fascinating history.
