NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in my home. Again NO PARTIES! • ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED within the reservation request; max number of overnight guests is 5. • Visitors to the guests should not exceed 3 (for a max number of 8 people at any one time). • All guests are liable for any and all damage to the building common areas, including legal fees. • Illegal drugs are not permitted on the property. • No smoking of any kind is permitted – guests will be charged the cost to remove smoke from the unit. • Smoking cigarettes is ONLY permitted outside and butts must be disposed of in an ashtray. • Please do not wash dishes by hand. Turn on the dishwasher before checking out. The dishwasher detergent is under the sink. • Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans or frying pans. • Garbage must be disposed of in the dumpsters behind the building in the parking lot. Recycling bins are between the buildings in blue bins. DO NOT THROW GARBAGE IN RECYCLING BINS. • All makeup must be removed before using the pillows. Removal of makeup from the linens is very difficult and time-consuming. • Late check-outs and early check-ins are challenging since the listing is often booked back to back. Depending on the circumstance, fees for non-approved early check-in and/or late check-out may range from $50 up to the cost of the nightly rate of the reservation. • Do not linger in the hallways or laundry room.

We were so grateful to have hosted you and hope to see you again soon! We ask that you please respect the checkout time no later than 11:00am. We are often booked back-to-back and need sufficient time to prepare the room. The biggest help you can be is by running the dishwasher with anything you used during your stay. Our cleaning crew will take care of everything else!
